Soofi Exercise Route in Wemeldinge

Part of this exercise trail runs along the Oosterschelde. This means you can enjoy a beautiful view of the water while doing various exercises. The route is about 4 km long and consists of 8 posts. It starts at the marina and runs along both the top and bottom of the dike toward the Wemeldingse Bos. You can start at any post. To see which exercise to do, simply scan the QR code on the post. After scanning, choose your level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then perform your exercise. It’s that simple! You can scan the QR code on the same post multiple times, and each time you’ll get a different exercise to do. So come to Wemeldinge and scan your way to fitness. The exercises change every 24 hours. This gives you a unique workout experience every day. You can also choose from 3 difficulty levels when performing the exercises.

Cederbos Kapelle Fitness Trail

Kapelle features an exercise trail with 16 different exercises. This trail is designed primarily for seniors to build strength and balance and to do stretching exercises. Activities include calf stretches, boxing, stair climbing, slaloming, and balancing. The trail starts on Cederlaan. Challenge yourself!

Soofi Walking Route in Kapelle

Kapelle also has a Soofi walking trail. This trail runs from the De Bloesem sports center toward the Ambachtsherenwegeling. From there, you can head back toward De Bloesem through the Kapelse Bos. The long route is 2.4 km long and consists of 12 markers. The short route is 1.4 km long and takes you past 9 markers. You can start at any marker. After scanning the QR code, choose your level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then perform your exercise. It’s that simple!
You can scan the QR code on the same marker multiple times. Each time, you’ll be given different exercises to perform. Come to Kapelle and scan your way to fitness.
