In addition to all the delicious and special treats we make in our chocolate shop, pastry shop, and bolus bakery, our bread bakery is, of course, an essential part of the family. That’s where it all began! We make delicious, artisanal bread for all our customers and deliver it by cargo bike.

More than just bread

Do you think our bakers only make your sandwiches? Think again! Over the years, our selection of bread has expanded tremendously. Just think of the various types of hard and soft rolls, croissants, filled bread, and sourdough bread. But we also offer delicious snacks like sausage rolls, apple turnovers, and these days even a vegetarian sausage.

“The secret to a truly delicious bolus is freshness,” says Sjako Boer. Bakker Boer is the premier specialist in baking the most delicious Zeeland boluses. Every day, they come fresh from our own bakery and are ready for you in our stores. People come from far and wide for this renowned delicacy.

Our bakery is a jack-of-all-trades! Do you have something to celebrate? We make cakes, children’s cakes, fruit tarts, photo cakes, petit fours (with logos), various layer cakes, wedding cakes, and of course all kinds of pastries.

Our own chocolate

We’ve been making our own chocolate for a while now, in the old office in Kloetinge. Space became available there after the bakery and office moved to De Poel in Goes. Mariska saw this as the perfect opportunity to start her own chocolate workshop here.
