Fruitteeltmuseum

The Fruitteeltmuseum (fruit farming museum) shows the various themes behind fruit farming: Blossoming, Growth, Harvest and Pruning. Not only in the museum garden, but also within the museum there are ‘trees’ to be found. The interactive screens ensure that each visit is a unique individual experience. Additionally, there is room for oral history. The auction clock has a digital auctioneer, who can explain how an auction works, even if no real-life auctioneer is available. Around the museum there is a lovely museum garden. It is beautiful to see in every season. If you look closely enough, there is something to experience during every season. There are 170 different species of apple and pear trees, as well as many other fruit plants, in the garden. The garden is also accessible for disabled people.

Museum shop

The museum shop offers a wide range of local products, as well as products that have a link with fruit farming or nature. The shop and museum café are accessible for everyone. In the café’s conservatory you are surrounded by fruit trees.
