A Journey Through Time in the Bevelanden

Hop on board for a unique journey through time in the Bevelanden region. Aboard a nostalgic 1950s tour bus, you’ll discover three locations where history comes to life. The trip begins with coffee or tea and a Zeeland bolus at the Goes-Borsele Steam Train’s grounds in Goes. The guide will take you past buildings and artifacts that played a major role in railway history. Afterward, the tour bus heads to the heart of Goes for a visit to the “Met Man & Macht” exhibition hall. After this visit, the journey through time takes you to the world of fruit growing. At the ZeeuwsFruitMuseum, you’ll see how fruit used to be transported and traded. Take a seat on the original auction benches and experience the excitement of trading by pressing the buttons on the working auction clock yourself. After the ZeeuwsFruitMuseum, the bus will drive to Hoedekenskerke Station, where you can enjoy the activities at De Buffer. You can choose to take the bus back to Goes or hop on one of the trains running during the “Spoor vol Avontuur” event. The price for the package is 37.50 per person. This includes coffee or tea with a Zeeuwse bolus upon arrival, admission to the museums, and travel by historic bus and train.
